Terms and Conditions
About these terms
This page sums up the main points of our Terms and Conditions, last updated on 17 September 2026. The full English Terms are the version that applies, and by using Lucky Block you accept them together with our Bonus Terms and Privacy Policy.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, and you are responsible for making sure online gambling is legal for you. Accounts may not be opened from the territories listed as restricted in our Terms, and using a VPN or proxy to hide your real location is not allowed.
Your account
- Each player may hold one account only, opened in their own name with correct details and a working e-mail address.
- We may ask for photo ID, proof of address, a selfie or a verification call, and we may limit an account until the checks are complete.
- An account with no bets for 180 days becomes dormant. After at least 30 days of notice by e-mail, a maintenance fee of 10% of the balance per month may be deducted until the balance falls to £5 or less. Placing a bet reactivates the account.
Deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits must come from a payment method or wallet in your own name.
- The minimum withdrawal is £10 per transaction. If a deposit has not been wagered at least once, an 8% fee with a minimum of £4 may be deducted from the withdrawal.
- The standard maximum is £150,000 per rolling 30 days, and VIP players may qualify for up to £500,000.
- Withdrawals in fiat money are limited to £4,000 per day, £10,000 per week and £20,000 per month.
- Subject to our identity and security checks, we aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours.
Bonuses
Bonuses are governed by our Bonus Terms. A bonus must be wagered 35 times before it becomes withdrawable cash, the maximum bet with bonus funds is £5 per round, and a withdrawal requested before the wagering is complete forfeits all bonuses.
Complaints
Write to our support team from your registered e-mail address first. Disputes about a settled bet must reach us within three days of the result. If we cannot agree a solution, the matter goes to our management, and you can then complain to Gaming Services Provider N.V., the body that licenses us.
